Kayla Mastin

Kayla grew up in Canajoharie, NY, where her volleyball journey began. From being a 4-year varsity starter to competing nationally with Lakeside VBC and USANY, her path took her all the way to the USA Volleyball pipelines, training at Olympic Training Centers and playing in the High Performance Championships.

She continued her career at the NCAA DII level with Florida Tech, earning both All-District and Academic All-American honors while completing a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering — followed by an M.S. from Drexel University.

With experience coaching athletes of all levels, Kayla is passionate about creating a competitive, respectful, and empowering environment on and off the court.
